No. Barring specific card text (i.e. superior Quickness and Jacko), each round
you can only gain additional strikes from one source. Playing Acrobatics at
superior gives you an additional strike, so you can not gain even more
additional strikes from other sources (barring those special exceptions).

You could however use it at inferior to dodge and then Blur for two
additional strikes.

Correct. Acrobatics's additional strike isn't optional.
