[Q]hidden lurker

Hi, I'm reworking an old OBF-Aus deck and I have a Q: Is it possible to play a Hidden Lurker after a Change of Target? eg: Religio bleeds and gets blocked. He plays Change of Target. Can Watenda (with an Ivory Bow) play HL? The only requirement of HL is that another minion you control is blocked and combat is over. Jeroen
