[Question] Mask of 1000 faces

The situation is: A vampire in inactove region - cap 7 A vampire with cap 8 playing card that gives the younger uncontrolled vampire 2 blood. Question: Can this action be finished succesfully by a vampire with cap6 (younger than the uncontrolled one) with Mask of 1000 faces? Regards. dIABEU
