I have Visit from the Capuchin in play with 3 counters.
Anarch Samson declares a bleed with Steely Tenacity.
Steely Tenacity is not replaced (per card text and per Visit).
The bleed resolves. It is my understanding that Visit's "Do not
replace" clause should trump Steely's:
Visit:
"Each time you would draw to replace a card (not counting the card to
replace the Visit), burn a counter from this card instead."
Steely Tenacity:
"Do not replace until the end of this action. When you would replace
this card, you may take this card from your ash heap instead."
Key here being that Steely Tenacity lets you do something /instead/ of
replacing, and Visit instructs you never to replace (so you can never
invoke Steely's option).
Is this correct?
