He strikes with his hands for +3 damage.
Kali's Fang, like all weapons, specifies an effect ("inflicts 2
aggravated damage" in the case of the Fang) that the minion
produces if he strikes with the weapon.
If the minion chooses a different strike (like "The Khabar:
Honor"), then he is not striking with the weapon, and the
weapon's effect doesn't apply to the strike.
If he chooses a strike that modifies the weapon strike (like
Lucky Blow: "use your... melee weapon..."), then the effect
of the weapon strike would still apply, of course.
