This just came up on JOL, and there is a dispute. And the various
answers we found by searching, while answering the question, aren't as
direct as the following:
Situation: I block my opponent. In combat, my opponent plays Form of
Mist at superior to end combat and continue the action at +1 stealth.
I declare an aggravated hand strike with Chiropteran Marauder. I then
play Rotschreck.
Does this immediately end combat and send my opponent to torpor?
Thanks,
-Peter

How did you not know the answer to that Peter? That's the classic
anti-s:ce use of Rotschrek! The fact that FoM has a 'continue action'
instead of Majesty's 'untap' makes no difference at all. :)
