Ok, esoteric question: Ian Forestal Monomancies his prey's Claven (4 cap, with 4 blood on him), and drops 5 Weather Controls before range. Can Claven end combat via Monomancy text, or is he already torporized? (assume no nutty stuff like Blood Tears being burned) Does he take the damage even if he does?
