Heh. Got another dumb question, and, btw, thanks for the response
to my earlier questions - even if the WotC netrep seems to have dropped
off the face of the Earth, it's cool that there are still some people
out there who are both in touch with the rules and willing to answer
questions.
Anyway, my current question involves the use of Merill Molitor's ability
in conjunction with Burst of Sunlight. Basically, if I do normal Burst of
Sunlight for 1R aggravated to everyone in combat and then I use Merill's
ability to turn it to normal, does that turn it all to normal, or just
the point directed at him? In other words, I assume that Merill's ability
is kinda a damage prevention/alteration thing, and, as such, can just
alter the point hitting him, but I'm also being slowly brainwashed into
thinking that maybe it does something like change the strike on the
card so that 1 pt that was aggravated on the card is now normal or
something like that, which would greatly affect BoS. Actually, I think
that I'm just thinking way too hard about this card. Can somebody clear
this up for me?
Thanks,
-Scott
