hi =) of noble blood now says "choose a camarilla vampire above five without a title". when a prince or justicar has his titled contested, is he still considered titled ? in other words, if my vamp A contest another player's prince title, can my vamp B play of noble blood on him to make him a primogen, thus stopping the contest in my favor ? thank you =) reyda
