Rules questions

What's the right sequence when I want one of my minions to be equipped ? Do I have to show the piece of equipment I want to put on the minion and the other players decide if they want to block or I just say that my minion is trying to equip and if the action is successfull I show the card of equipment? We play like this: We put the card face down to avoid tricks but we don't know which card is being use till the action is sucessfull and the player that is making the action turns it. How does it work for political actions? Another question: Cassandra, Tremere, allows the player to increase his hand size. Does this means that the player automatically takes a card from the library or he must wait till he can get it by other means like a master card? I heard there's a mailing list about V:TES but I wasn't able to subscribe, can someone tell me exactly, with all the steps, how to do it? Once again, sorry for my english Thanks Alberto

This is a moderately common house rule for intercept-heavy environments, mostly 4CL, as otherwise it's nearly impossible to get anything useful done at only 1 stealth.
