[LSJ] Alia, God's Messenger question

Alia. Brilliant card and already saw some action in our prerelease event. However there was some debate about her ability to use Obeah cards at basic. This means that she's capable of using Renewed Vigor at inferior and this brings up the question of can she use the "restore an ally to her starting life" ability on *herself*? Either she can (as the inferior's card text doesn't specify a target), or cannot -- the reasoning for the latter being that it can be extrapolated from the superior effect, ie. it must be used on a different minion than the acting one. Ruling / clarification time, perhaps? --CV
