Is it possible to Sudden Reversal another Master Out of Turn card? For example, in player 1's turn, a vampire player 1 controls gets into combat with a minion of player 2. Player1's vampire gets Rotschrecked into torpor, but yet another different player decides that's not such a good idea and Sudden's the Rotschrek. Is that possible? Or are MooT's a different card type, that cannot be suddened. Or can you just set up M:TG-like chains with Suddening other people's sudden Reversals (I counter your counterspell...)

You can't SR someone's SR against you because it's either not OOT for you or you just used up your master phase on the MooT they are SRing. If someone else wants to protect your Master they can though.
