Yet More Slake the Thirst Questions

Ok, two questions about Slake the Thirst. Assume there are 4 untapped, 4 capacity Blood Brothers of the same circle. Blood Brother A has 3 of 4 blood and SAN taps to take an inferior Unwholesome Bond action, which would gain him 4 blood (3 untapped BBs +1). He then plays superior Slake the Thirst to give blood to Blood Brother B. A) Does Blood Brother B gain 4 blood (the amount that BB A would get from the successful action) or 1 blood (the amount of blood BB A actually ends up with after the extra blood drains off, as BB A started at 3 of 4 blood)? B) Can Blood Brother B then also play a Slake the Thirst to give Blood Brother C the amount of blood he gained? Thanks, -Peter

So BB-A gains 4 blood and plays Slake the Thirst. > A) Does Blood Brother B gain 4 blood (the amount that BB A would get > from the successful action) or 1 blood (the amount of blood BB A > actually ends up with after the extra blood drains off, as BB A > started at 3 of 4 blood)? BB-A gains 4, so BB-B gains 4. > B) Can Blood Brother B then also play a Slake the Thirst to give Blood > Brother C the amount of blood he gained? No. He is not acting, so cannot play it as an action modifier, and he is not in combat, so cannot play it as a combat card.

A gained 4. B gains 4. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/msg/3ee599d88db2e08d > > B) Can Blood Brother B then also play a Slake the Thirst to give Blood > Brother C the amount of blood he gained? Unless explicit cardtext, only the acting minion can play action modifiers. Which means B can't. > > Thanks, > -Peter

Ah, yeah. All reasonable. Thanks! -Peter
