Hi, my question is:
I declare an action under uncontrollable rage, if this action is
blocked, the effect is lost or remains until the very end of the action
no matter if it is blocked or not?
thanks in advance

Just do add up to the explanation: UR is an action modifier, so once
it's played and not cancelled, it modifies the action until its very
end.
Blocking and the resulting combat are still part of the action, so UR
is still applicable during that combat.
Compare it to stealth modifiers - if you play Lost in Crowds, is still
blocked, and play Form of Mist or Mirror Image, you still have that +2
stealth from the stealth modifier. It is not "lost" because you were
blocked.
