How many cards of the same type??

Hi could someone provide me with the tournamentrules of jyhad, please. Especially the part of how many of a specific card you are allowed in your deck (I played against a deck with 20 brainwash, 10 pentex and some 20 computerhackings and all the weenie wamps you could find, there must be a limit to how many of one card you can use.)
