How much can Kostantin Baro?

"Kostantin may steal equipment from another minion as a +1 stealth (D) action." Is this limited to one piece of equipment (like "Strike: Steal equipment", described in the rulebook), or does he steal as much equipment as he wants from the target minion? Thanks.

The question is moot, because the action got blocked, but at least 2 people at the table were in agreement with the opposite way I would interpret the card. Wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong, but waiting for a Scott answer.
