The errata say that capacity is lost if a prince loses his/her title that s/he gained with a praxis seizure. What if instead that same prince gained the exact same title? I.e. Dr. John Casey is Praxis Barcelona, and then gets voted Praxis Barcelona again - is he a 4 or 5 cap vampire?
