WotC was buried in snow the last two days, and so the rulings will be a
bit late this week. I know that an "act of God" excuse might not be
enough, so just imagine that Seattle was leveled by Gamorra in a gigantic
fight with Mecha-Godzilla. How's that for an excuse?
Anyway, patience. I will try to track down Tom Wylie ASAP.
