Telepathic Counter Q?

Hi to all A little question about this marvelous Auspex card Vampire A bleed Me for 2 One of my ready vampire play a TC Vampire A say i add a conditioning My ready vampire say i block the action. My question is can i play TC before stating about block if not legal i could play Telepathic Misdirection, so my prey would have to manage a 5 pool bleed or a 3 pool bleed. I stat that it's a pool bleed. Am i wrong ?
