Hello There! I need a clarification on whether SCS can use for example, burst of sunlight at the superior level, if Tremere Convocation is in play, since SCS text dictates that he can be treated as a vampire. TIA, Aris Lambrianidis

No. Tremere Convocation cannot apply since Shadow Court Satyr does not, in fact, have the discipline.
