demdemeh and Shepherd`s Innocence

Ive seen another post of demdemeh, lsj says that the 'animal ally' only conserves its life not its text. But, ¿what about with requirements (animalism)?¿Can I steal with sheperd's innocence animals that demdemeh put in play with his ability? thanks.
