brujah debate question

does brujah debate stack? in other words, do all brujah get +x strength and x optional maneuvers if there are x brujah debates in play? thanks for the help marcus mock prince of vienna

Notice that the card doesn't say the highest capacity Brujah has to be untapped during your master phase for you to choose them. If you had a high capacity Brujah tapped from Sensory Deprivation, for example, you could choose that vampire for each and every Brujah Debate you managed to put into play.
