Forgive me if the answer is obvious but what happens if a vampire attempts to enter combat with an ally in torpor using purity of the beast? Does combat occur? I assume not because only ready minions can be involved in a combat. Purity of the Beast [AH, FN] Cardtype: Action Requires a ready vampire. +1 stealth action. (D) Enter combat with an ally controlled by your prey. The acting vampire gets +2 strength for the duration of this combat. Chris.

Correct - in fact, PoB cannot be played in this case - that is, you cannot play it on an invalid target and have the action fizzle just to get the card out of your hand. Likewise a vampire in torpor with Haven Uncovered cannot be attacked, either. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
