1. When do you play Cats Guidance? before combat begins or after combat (to untap after blocking) 2. Bums Rush If minion A uses Bums Rush on minion B and minion C blocked it... Does the methuselah get to replace Bums Rush? I dont think so but... 3. Brainwash It says no transfers may be made TO the vampire...does that mean the methuselah can still get his blood back? thanks Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/

Effectively this means directly after the combat, before any new blockable actions. > 2. Bums Rush > > If minion A uses Bums Rush on minion B and minion C blocked it... > Does the methuselah get to replace Bums Rush? I dont think so but... Yes, it can be replaced. Whenever an card-based action is blocked, it should be replaced as the action is not successful. It does not matter which minion blocks the action. > > 3. Brainwash > > It says no transfers may be made TO the vampire...does that mean the > methuselah can still get his blood back? > Brainwash [Jyhad, V:TES] Cardtype: Master Master. Put this card on a <vampire in your Prey's uncontrolled region>. No more transfers can be made to that vampire. Any minion may burn this card as a +1 stealth action. The cardtext does not prohibit transferring off the uncontrolled vampire, so yes you can get your pool back. > > Sent via Deja.com > http://www.deja.com/ > -- A.A.H. No. Bum's Rush (and Arson, for that matter) are not replaced if blocked until after the action (after the combat). > > 3. No. See the online rulings: * Transfers may not be made to the vampire - neither to put blood on nor to move blood off. [RTR 19950413] -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
