allies question

i just wanted to check: can the 2 bane mummy allies capable of playing necromancy cards at basic (akhenaten and kherebutu) play basic summon soul to get 2 life? i'd say yes because it says " If a card would give him blood, give him life" on the cards. can they also use basic shroud mastery to give a wraith +1 stealth? i'm not sure because card text specifically refers to "a ready vampire". i would say yes because it says "as a vampire" on the ally cards. thanks in advance pallando
