A little early for rule questions, but a speculative one: Can Anarchs take the action to "become" an Anarch (either through the card or through the cardless action)? If so, a "Tap and burn one blood" cardless action could be pretty powerful for a Temptation based deck, couldn't it? Add fortitude, and freak drive, and you could do it twice (since, as of now, the No Repeat Actions re-ruling wouldn't apply to this cardless action...)

Not through the Go Anarch card, by cardtext (requires a non-anarch). Given that, probably not through the cardless action either. Just guessing, of course. > If so, a "Tap and burn one blood" cardless action could be pretty > powerful for a Temptation based deck, couldn't it? > Add fortitude, and freak drive, and you could do it twice (since, > as of now, the No Repeat Actions re-ruling wouldn't apply to this > cardless action...) Could be nice, if possible, I guess. Is it that much better (due to being less effort) than using Rave or Heidelberg? And if you're going to add Fortitude, you could just be Force of Willing. :-) Josh nothing like a little temptation....

Bleeding your prey for one, or getting blocked and, in all likelihood, getting a blood knocked off him and one of your prey's minions tapped is better. Diablerizing is better. Neither of those require cards, either. If I'm using cards in a Temptation strategy, I like Clan Impersonation. It costs two, then two to get rid of, and in the meantime you can Curse of the Niktiku, Brujah Frenzy, or Malk Dementia the poor suckers. David Cherryholmes Duke Radiology P.E.T.
