Not. cf: "after blocks".

No, you've already declined to block. That's irreversible, unless the
target of the bleed changes.
Similarly, if someone plays Direct Intervention on Deflection, you can't
block. That could happen if you were being bled out of turn (e.g. Enkil
Cog), or someone did it cross-table.
