7/7 Rule?!

There is no "7/7 Rule", but there was a set of rulings and errata issued on July 7, 1998 that became known by the 7/7 name. i was around, just didn't hear about the rulings. i don't really have any cards after Sabbat. what were the rules changed?! i heard thoughts betrayed got edited? what else specifically? [ quoted text not captured ]
