Vial of Elder Vitae

Another scenario for consideration: Let's say Vamp A is equiped with a vial of elder vitae. Vamp B is bleeding the controller of Vamp A and has fortitude. Vamp A doesn't have fortitude, but attempts to block. Vamp B plays Kiss of Ra. Can Vamp A burn the vial to give themselves fortitude until the next untap after the Kiss of Ra has been played? Or does it have to happen before? If the former is the case, does the Kiss of Ra go back into the bleeding methusalah's hand and the blood paid for the card returned to the vampire? It doesn't specify when you have to burn the vial, so I was curious about these things (and wanting a way to get around KoR when blocking). Thanks in advance

No. Kiss of Ra was successfully played (meeting all the requirements to be played at the time it was played) and the effects are already applied (not "interrupted" by the burning of the Vial).
