LSJ: claws sequencing

A player had the recent understanding that a minion could play a hand strike, see what happened with the strike resolution, and then play claws before/during damage resolution. Is this true? And if so is this posted somewhere? (we looked but could not find it) Thanks, T

No. Strike modifiers must be played before strike resolution.
