No.
Forced Awakening doesn't untap the minion. They just pretend to be.

If you play FW and then Fast Reaction you have to burn a blood, right? Since
you're not actually blocking.

No. Forced Awakening and Wake with Evening Freshness never untap the vampire.
They allow the tapped vampire to block or play reaction cards as if they were
untapped, but they are NOT untapped.
