Tom, If I bleed at +x stealth, can me opponent use Deflection without +x intercept? Thanks in advance, Travis White

The Methuselah named to be bled would then have to block using +x intercept or another Defl/TelMisdir herself. Same as using Telepathic Counter to reduce a bleed. You don't need to match the stealth to use it. L. Scott
