Fear of Mekhet Master. Put this card on a ready Justicar or Inner Circle member. Tap that vampire. During his or her untap phase, that vampire burns 5 blood. If he or she cannot burn the blood, burn this card and burn that vampire; otherwise, the card is placed on another IC member of that vampire's controler's choice; if there are no other ready IC members, burn this card. - What if there are Lucinde at 5 blood and Arika at 4 ; Fear is put un Lucinde, who gets tapped and loses 5 blood. Then, it passes to Arika during the same untap ? What happens then ? Does the Bitch get tapped and burned, does it wait for the next untap phase ? - Similarly : Lucinde at 5 and Arika at 6 ; Lucinde burns 5, passes the card to Arika ; does Arika get tapped when she gets the card ? When does she get it ? When does she send it back to Lucinde ? Sorry, never played the thing competitively, and I'm beginning to think it could be a nice thing (remember Barcelona !!
