In a round of combat, several mandatory presses are waiting to be
resolved. What rules determine which one is used first ?
For instance, at the beginning of a combat between Lorrie Dunsirn and
vampire X, some player plays Frenzy on X. Which press (frenzy's or
Lorrie's) is applied first ?
The answer will determine if the combat will have either two or three
rounds...

The controlling Methuselah decides which of her combatant's mandatory presses is
used first.

The "this round has a press" applies before Lorrie can use her press.
The Frenzy is not a mandatory press in the usual sense, because it isn't from
either of the combatants -- it simply is.
