Blissful agony vs psyche!

Hmm this is weird, I already posted this once yesterday, but it never showed up, so trying again... If vampire a plays Blissful Agony at superior to end combat and send vampire b to fight vampire c. Can vampire b play Psyche! at superior to start new combat and interrupt the already scheluded combat from Blissful Agony?
