I know I've asked some of these questions before, but I need to be able
to show people in my gaming circle the answers to these in print.
First, the No Repeated Actions rule says a minion cannot perform the
same action twice on your turn. Can the minion use different cards for
the same action, i.e. bleed with Social Charm, somehow untap, and bleed
again with Legal Manipulations? I say no. What's the official word?
Second, Crusade and Praxis Seizure votes. Can Camarilla vampires vote
during Crusade votes, and can Sabbat vampires vote during a Praxis
Seizure vote? I say yes they can. Again, the official word?
Third, a vampire in combat with Immortal Grapple in play cannot strike
with weapons of any kind, can they? For instance, Bastard Sword says +1
hand damage. Yet it is a melee weapon, and not allowed by IG. You may
only do hand strikes, not weapon strikes, including melee weapon strikes
that do damage based on hand damage, correct?

IANALSJ but the official word is no also.
A bleed is a bleed is a bleed no matter how it is accomplished.

The official word is yes. The only way to exclude people from voting
based on sect is with Closed Session or the Sabbat votes which
specifically state it. Crusades don't and therefor Cam vamps can.

Melee weapons do are weapon strikes and IG needs to be a hand strike so,
no, melee weapons can't be used under IG. Neither can dodge or S:CE.

You were my eyes when I couldn't see. You saw the best there was in me. Lifted

No. The "No Repeat Actions" rule prohibts taking two actions of the
same *type*, not just of the same name.
