This is correct, since the rules and card text do not prohibit
this usage. [TOM 24-SEP-1995]. Curiously, the posts from MAR-1995
to DEC-1995 no longer appear on DejaNews for some reason, so

The latter is a case of not wishing to override what is in the rulebook.
If the rulebook had been silent on the issue, we would have ruled as
intended. In the case of two Ghouls using the same weapon, the rulebook
is silent on whether you can or can't do it, so by default you can.
I'm not sure that it's worth adding a rule.

Yes, since the grenade is not burned until after "use", and the
uses you describe are all simultaneous.

Yes. Of course, the 8 Ghouls cost him 16 pool and 8 actions.

It isn't burned until after the use, and the 8 uses are
simultaneous.
Note that card text *does* prevent more than one ghoul from
using a sawed-off shotgun, however, since it can only be
used once.
