Okay, just another frequently asked question, and one we keep argueing about in our play circle: I declare a bleed and my prey decides not to block. THEN I play a Conditioning at superior Dominate, thus increasing the bleed to a total of 4. May my prey now change her mind about blocking??? Second question: Do I have to pay the cost in blood for a blocked action like Kine Dominance? If not, do I have to pay the blood cost for certain intercept cards (like Telepathic Misdirection) when the block is not successful in the end?? The cost for any action modifiers/reaction cards *is* paid for, immediately as the card is played. -- L. However, (as the card states), your freshly awake vamp. can now actually play reaction cards like deflection... -James

The descision not to block is final, there is currently no reaction card that allows you to get around that (though there should be).
