I just remembered that I had seen this (or not seen it), so I figured I'd
mention it while it's fresh:
The part about retainers regenerating their blood after combat has been
removed from the most recent Legacies of Blood rulebook. Maybe Kindred's
Most Wanted too?
Also vampire is misspelled as vamire in a prominent place -- don't have the
rulebook handy but if you haven't found it already I'll find it.

Correct. That rule has been removed. Retainers do not heal at all
without explicit card text.
