1. Player A with sniper riffle blocks an action, player B plays Drawing out the beast? -Is the combat at long rage? -If it is at long range, and drawing out the beast deny the use of equipment and the strike must be the sniper riffle, no strike can be done by player A, right? 2. If player A plays psyche! at the end of the combat, is the effect of long range applied again? 3. Marcellus (Toreador Prince) wants to block a directed action not directed to him, can he play 2nd tradition and then eagle sight or it must be wake-es-2nd trad? 4. Can Fatima play clandestine contract to enter in combat then use freak drive and then enter in combat again with the D action of the clandestine contract? Enrique

If DotB is played first (which is probably the case), then Player A can't use the sniper rifle, so can't set range. Player A has the opportunity to allow Player B to set range, before playing Drawing out the Beast, though, which is really mean, because... > -If it is at long range, and drawing out the beast deny the use of > equipment and the strike must be the sniper riffle, no strike can be > done by player A, right? ...he would then not be able to strike because he committed to an illegal one. :) > 2. I think that you only get "the resulting combat" to use the sniper rifle in, and the Psyche combat is a new one, so no. > 3. Marcellus (Toreador Prince) wants to block a directed action not > directed to him, can he play 2nd tradition and then eagle sight or it > must be wake-es-2nd trad? Must play (wake and) eagles sight before 2nd trad. You can't attempt to block an action that you're ineligible to block. > 4. Can Fatima play clandestine contract to enter in combat then use > freak drive and then enter in combat again with the D action of the > clandestine contract? Yeah, these are two different actions. How did I do? :)
