Hello LSJ,
If I play Gear Up with Blood Weakens in play, when do I redraw the
card for Gear Up, and when do I discard down to my hand size?
I believe the correct order is:
Play Gear Up. 6 cards in hand.
Gear Up resolves. Add the card from my ash heap to my hand. 7 cards
in hand.
Discard down, because the Gear Up is counting against my hand limit.
6 cards in hand.
(Freak Drive if I want)
Action ends, redraw all cards up to 7.
Is that right?

I assume you play Gear Up at [nec].
