Crocodile's tongue and 1 blood

My predator is bleeding me. I have 2 awake vamps, one with 2 blood, one with 1. I opt to block with the 1 blood vamp. My pred plays Crocodile's tongue at superior. a) Is the action effectively unblockable for me now? b) Since I cannot be forced to pay a cost, can I select the other vamp to block and pay the cost instead? c) Does card text specifically preclude b) above? Card text: Crocodile's Tongue Action Modifier Requires Auspex aus: Only usable when an ally or a younger vampire attempts to block. That block is canceled (the minion is not tapped). The blocking minion's controller cannot attempt to block this action again. The blocking minion can cancel this card by burning a blood or life. AUS: As above, but canceling this card requires an additional blood or life. Thanks.
