Greets, I have a few more questions: 1.) If I have a titled vampire call a political action via a political card, the act of calling the action taps the vampire. Does this mean that I only get the 1 vote awarded by the political card, and that I can't use the acting vampire's title for votes (since they are technically tapped)? 2.) Pentex Subversion allows any minion to remove it as a directed action. If a Methuselah's minion tries to remove Pentex Subversion from one of their own minions, is it at +1 stealth? The card does not imply this, so I am assuming that is is done at default 0 stealth. 3.) When a Meth causes a Sabbat Threat counter to be placed on an opponent, can that opponent use the Edge at any time to remove the counters, particularly if another Meth is in the process of bleeding an opponent? Or does this have to be done on your turn? 4.) Can a dodge be used against a first strike, and does it dodge the effects of the first strike? Is there such a thing as a first strike dodge? I doubt it, which is why I'm asking this particular question. 5.) Blood Hunts can be called after a vampire successfully diablerizes another vamp. The blood hunt is not considered an action, so vampires can't play action modifiers, nor can the play reactions (e.g. WWEF). Essentially, it goes to vote and the only votes used for determining the success of the blood hunt are untapped, ready vampires with titles, and up to 1 political card which can be used as a vote, as well as a sacrifice of the edge. Can Ventrue HQ be used to gather more votes in a blood hunt? Can WWEF be used after a diablerie to ready vampires with titles for the impending blood hunt? 6.) In a 4 player game, can player 2 ever block actions taken by player 4? I am assuming political actions are non-directed, even if the effects are targeted at a specific player.

Vampires don't need to be untapped to get treir votes during referendums. A Prince gets his 2 votes taped and untapped, but he needs to be ready. A Vampire in torpor has no vote. > 2.) Yes, Dodge cancel the effect done to the vampire by the opponent's strike, even if it is a first strike. So there is no dodge in first strike. > 5.) So, the answer is no (unless eagle sight is played). Bye !

Yes, but also note that the action is directed at the Methuselah who played the Pentex Subversion. If that Methuselah (for some reason) attempts to burn his own Pentex (on someone else's minion), then the action is undirected (but still at no stealth - being undirected is independent of having stealth). Master cards are controlled by the Methuselah that played them by default, so actions to burn them are directed at that Methuselah. > > 3.) So, the > answer is no (unless eagle sight is played). Player 2 can block any action directed at her, even if the action is taken by one of player 4's minions. [6.2.2.1] All political actions are undirected. [6.2.2.1] Also, Anneke and Enzo Giovanni can ignore some of the standard "Who May Attempt to Block" rules as part of their special abilities. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
