I don't play in a playgroup which strictly upholds this rule, but I have a question about it.. If a vampire performs a Bleed action (of any sort), does another Bleed action (of a different sort) count as the same action? i.e. regular Bleed, Freak Drive, Computer Hack? What about Force of Will? Can I bleed, and then once tapped use Force of Will to bleed again?

Under NRA, you can't do this, as they count as the same sort. > i.e. regular Bleed, Freak Drive, Computer Hack? > > What about Force of Will? [ quoted text not captured ] All bleed actions are bleed actions. See the V:EKN rules, section 6.4.1., for the details. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. However, "Enter Combat" isn't covered by NRA rules? So you could, for example, take an Assamite (Clan Impersonated if necessary, Writ of Acceptance'd if necessary) with the inherent ability to attack other minions as a D action, and the following cards: Bum's Rush Ambush Haven Uncovered Contract Archon Blood Hunt (the card) Covenant of Blood (or Imperial Decree, depending..) ...and 7 ways to untap (Freak Drive or otherwise), and attack 8 times in one turn (once for natural ability, once for each named card)? Since it's not an action except by Card Name, that sounds OK to me... (and I'm sure there are other cards to increase that number) The probability of being able to pull such a thing off, even in a deck tuned for it, is very small, but.. well.. I just want to clarify. -- Jozxyqk, the awfully notorious rules lawyer/technicality finder ;)

In article <VHjh6.3687$H_3.1...@typhoon.ne.mediaone.net>, [ quoted text not captured ] You are correct. Each method of entering combat is considered a different type of action because "enter combat" is not one of the "basic" actions. [ quoted text not captured ]

Also note that each different Contract or Haven Uncovered is a different card, and you can attack one haven, freak, then attack a different haven if you like. Xian
