Shouldn't Catacombs read "When encountering a vampire in torpor,"? Or does it mean that, after successfully encountering a vampire in torpor, if you choose to rescue, then... ? -- Kevin J. When attempting to rescue a vampire from torpor, the vampire with this location gets +1 stealth and burns one less blood if successful. > Or does it mean that, after successfully encountering a vampire in > torpor, if you choose to rescue, then... ? Last I checked the rules, you don't "encounter a vampire it torpor" and then choose later. You *either* declare diablerie *or* declare a rescue, (and when you do, you must annouce how the blood will be paid.) So, no, you can't use the Catacombs as a way to get +1 stealth on diablerie. =P Play the Hunt Club, instead. =) -- Pat Ricochet Soul Jar'rn Fool of Atlanta
