"Synesios has two votes. You may pay a pool when you play a Master: Out-of-Turn card to gain an extra master phase action in your next master phase. Synesios cannot use cards that require Celerity. Scarce." If you use Synesios's ability, can you play additional M:OOT cards against your new Master Phase Action(s)? Or is it just once? If not, is there ever a way to be able to play more than one M:OOT per "round"?

This is stated explicitly in the rules. [1.6.2.3] > If not, is there ever a way to be able to play more than one > M:OOT per "round"? Card text could, in theory, override the rules. But no cards currently override that rule. The best you can do is gain more turns per "round" - Reversal of Fortunes during a Madness Network action, for instance. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
