A normal bleed is a 0-stealth action. Any action which does not
explicitly state on the card or under 12.3.1 that it has increased stealth
is a base 0-stealth action.

Bleeding is a 0 stealth action. You would need to use additional cards to
increase the stealth. Without using additional cards, any untapped vamp of
your prey could block.
