Hope they don't seem too silly, but as the tournament approaches we have to be sure of a few things... No. First of all, untapped vampires with 0 blood (or who must hunt due to, say, XTC laced blood) must hunt right away. This is mandatory TM That's one thing that makes pulled fangs so cool =)
