Stacking Cards

I know the ruling for Army of Rats is only 1 pool per turn, and Anarch Revolts are all counted, but what about all the other cards, specifically Aching Beauty, Camarilla Exemplary (which I have an inkling isn't "stackable") and Flak Jackets (which I think is possible, if not silly.)? -T!mmy, Malkavian Clan Monk
