A few things came up in play. Aabbt Kindred. May they attempt D actions if another Meth controls Nefertiti? Khaytall. Do the restrcition apply to any minion with a corruption counter? or just Khaytall's controller? Also since corruption counters become part of the minion they are played on, do corruptions actually get removed from play once that controling Meth is ousted. This of course effects the game substantially if the first question applies to any corruption counter. Raille

Do corruption counter get removed from a minion when the controller of the corruption counters is ousted. Thanks for the assistance Raille

That was the question I thought you asked, actually. I don't think counters have any "controller" - they're just on cards. They burn when the card burns (or when some effect says to burn them). Now Corruption counters have some idea of who played them (so that you can tell "your" counters from other players'), so there may be some hint of control there, but it isn't important, since only the /cards/ you control are burned when you're ousted, according to [1.3]. So the question of control isn't really important at this point. [ quoted text not captured ]

So the question of control isn't really important at this > point. I am curious about this "loyalty of corruption counters". In a given Scenario where Methuselah A is playing a Followers of Set deck with corruption cards is preying on Methuselah B, who is Playing a Superior Auspex Eagle sight deck. Methuselah B is preying on Methuselah C who is playin a Followers of Set Deck with Venenation. Methuselah A has placed 2 corruption counters on Zoe who is controlled by Methuselah B. During Methuselah C's turn Zoe blocks an action by Methuselah C' Aisha by using an Eagle Sight. Aisha then plays venenation. Zoe now has 3 corruption counters on her. Are you saying that That methuselah C cannot burn the three corruption counters to take control of Zoe even though that is what the card text states? Comments Welcome, Norman S. Card text indicates that the counters to be counter are the counters that are "yours", and therefore the counters must have some sort of idea as to whose counters they are.
